The Ferguson Grange’s free garden seed exchange is from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Ferguson Community Center. Refreshments will be provided. The club will celebrate National Grange month in May, as well as its 90th year as a chartered club.
A hard-working Ferguson native just retired from driving for Lenoir Glass after a 59-year career there. With his flashing smile, you can spot him a mile away. Congratulations to Floyd Walsh on his deserved retirement. He is married to Wanda Foster Walsh and is a member of Beaver Creek Advent Christian Church.
