Exclusive for Virginia Tech men's basketball season ticket holders, the Ticket Exchange Program is an excellent option for swapping out tickets to games that you're unable to attend in exchange for additional tickets to other games without having to pay full price!
How It Works
- Log into your online account using the login information associated with your season ticket purchase.
- Under "My Tickets," click on "Exchange."
- Select the game(s) you would like to return followed by the specific seats.
- Click "Next" to view a list of games that you can exchange your returned ticket(s) for.
- After selecting your desired game, seat locations can be selected via the seat map.
- After selecting your desired seats, add them to your cart and complete the checkout process.
Exchange values differ for each game based on your total season ticket cost. Upgrading to a higher-value game will require an additional payment while exchanging tickets for a game of equal or lesser value will be an even exchange.
Examples of possible exchanges:
- Exchanging one Delaware State ticket for one Lehigh ticket is an even exchange with no additional charge.
- Exchanging one William & Mary ticket for one Minnesota ticket will require an additional payment of $14.
- Restrictions apply and exchange requests are based upon inventory to the desired game. Once a game is sold out, that game can not be exchanged in to.
- The ticket exchange program is not available for Courtside at Cassell premium seating.
- Ticket value for returned tickets may only be redeemed for games within the 2022-2023 men's basketball season.
- Game dates and times are subject to change. Per the standard ticketing policy, no refunds.
