Yesterday, unexpected news dropped that the Braves will be moving on from Kelsey Wingert as their on-field reporter, and of course, Braves Country is irate. Immediately, a petition was formed to force the Braves to bring back Wingert, which already has thousands of signatures. Now, from my experience with petitions (which is admittedly not much), they don’t usually cause change. However, with the backlash the Braves have received from everyone — fans, media, etc. — I could actually see something happening here. So if you love seeing Kelsey on your TV 150+ nights a year, let’s make some noise and hope the Braves make the right decision to bring her back!
