Isolated showers were moving through southern portions of the Chippewa Valley early this morning. A few light rain showers will be possible with a weak surge in moisture and minor destabilization in the atmosphere through Tuesday afternoon.
An upper level wave has provided just enough lift to cause concern for a few isolated showers. These will be the kind of pop-up showers that you'll likely see sunshine with. Not everyone will see rain and the best chances for a few showers will be south of Eau Claire, but we can't rule out the chances north of there either.
With this minor change in the forecast comes a minor change in the dew points. Models are suggesting a small swath of moisture that would push dew points in the low to mid 60's. You'll start to feel this, especially as temperatures climb back into the low to mid 80's.
The dew points will likely drop again once a few of the rain showers wash out, so it will only feel humid for a little while before we go back to more comfortable temperatures overnight.
The rest of the forecast is the same with highs back towards the low 80's all week and high pressure keeping the sky clear and the sun shining.
