Developers of a luxury North Dallas home community are pushing ahead with the next phase of the project.
Provident Realty Advisors' Signature Collection residential community is on Walnut Hill Lane just west of U.S. Highway 75. The development is part of Provident Realty’s Preston Hollow Village mixed-use project, which also includes offices, retail and apartments.
The home community at the west end of the development has been selling high-end houses in the first two phases. Now Provident Realty is planning a 21-unit condominium building in the project called City Homes.
The two- and three-bedroom condos will range from 2,199 to 2,629 square feet and start in price at $1.2 million.

“We are excited to begin sales efforts for the third and final home offering within The Signature Collection,” Provident Realty CEO Leon J. Backes said in a statement. “City Homes create an incredible opportunity to live in one of the most desirable communities in Dallas in a sophisticated lock-and-leave space that redefines modern living.”
The single-level condos will have outdoor terraces and were designed by Enrique Montenegro of SHM Architects.
Luc Dauwe of Rosewood Preston Hollow and StudioOutside are also working on the project.
Provident Realty has been working on the $500 million Preston Hollow Village project since 2013.
The Signature Collection single-family home and condo community is located between the commercial development and the surrounding neighborhood.
The 15-acre, 75-home residential community is one of the largest new residential projects in North Dallas.
