Recently, the Carlisle Barracks Exchange at the U.S. Army War College celebrated the completion of a $5.2 million renovation.
The Exchange in general is nothing new. It was founded in 1895 and operates more than 4,330 facilities offering tax-free merchandise and goods and services for eligible shoppers, with operations in more than 30 countries, 50 states and four U.S. territories. Locally, the Carlisle Barracks Exchange has been at the U.S. Army War College since 1975.
