Seagate Development Group announced that it completed two custom remodeling projects in May and is currently engaged in three additional projects. Three more remodeling undertakings are slated to begin within the next 30 days. In addition, the parameters of two new projects are in development. Seagate’s remodeling efforts range from projects that have been completed in as little as one week to whole-house renovations that will be completed in as little as eight months. The projects completed in May included the installation of a new fireplace wall complete with a Sunbright television and a granite surround that was completed in three weeks. The second completed project was accomplished in just one week and included the construction of a concrete pad for a whole-house generator that will protect the homeowner’s investment during power outages.
Seagate is currently engaged in a whole-house renovation project that will completely transform a 7,000 to 8,000 square foot residence. The undertaking is expected to be completed within eight months and will provide the homeowner with an entirely updated residence. A second project currently underway involves the renovation of a 1,500 square foot pool and lanai space. Remarkably, the project is expected to be completed within just five weeks. Seagate has also started the renovation of a 450 square foot kitchen for another client that will totally upgrade a space that has become outdated over time. The new kitchen is scheduled for completion within two months.
Seagate is poised to begin work on three remodeling projects. One project involving 1,000 square feet of renovated space will enhance the owners’ residence by installing a whole-house generator, a water softener, and a garage air conditioning system. Seagate will complete the project in just two weeks. A second project will transform 2,500 square feet of space, including renovations to three balconies, the owners’ bedroom, two bathrooms, and converting the garage to a year-round gathering space. Work is expected to be completed withing four to five months. The third project will include the six-week renovation of a 600 square foot second floor balcony.
Seagate is also working with clients to develop the parameters for two new projects, one of which will entail a total renovation of a 4,000 square foot home. The client is choosing to renovate so that work can be completed much more quickly and efficiently when compared to the completion of a new build home. A second client is intent on adding additional space to their home. The 1,200 square foot addition will be designed to add either functional ground floor space or to creating an upstairs that will provide the new space that will enhance the livability of the client’s home.
In addition to its remodeling projects, Seagate’s Windward Isle community is nearly sold out. Just three buildable homesites remain available for purchase. Windward Isle is a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes being developed by Seagate just south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples that was named recipient of the prestigious 2019 Aurora Awards’ Residential Community of the year award. Seagate has also completed its Streamsong grand estate model at Quail West. A second model, the Oak Hill, is under construction and will be completed in October of this year.
Seagate recently sold its award-winning furnished Sabbia model at Miromar Lakes. Seagate’s furnished Burrata model is under construction at Miromar Lakes. Theory Design’s Vice President of Design Ruta Menaghlazi and interior designer Adriene Ged are creating the interior for the Burrata model.
Seagate is developing Hill Tide Estates, a 9.98-acre gated enclave on the southern tip of Boca Grande. Seagate’s completed Captiva model is priced at $5,995,000 with furnishings. The Captiva model received an Aurora award in the Best Single-Family Detached Home Over 4,000 Square Feet category. Theory Design was named recipient of an Aurora Award in the Best Interior Design of a Home Priced over $2 million category. Seagate’s Bal Harbour model is currently under construction.
Just seven of Seagate’s 11 spectacular lakefront homesites remain available at Esplanade Lake Club, a 778-acre resort lifestyle community being developed by Taylor Morrison in Fort Myers. Seagate is the exclusive custom homebuilder at Esplanade Lake Club. Its homesites are acknowledged as the most appealing lakefront sites in the community. Seagate’s furnished Monaco model has been completed and is available for viewing and purchase. Seagate’s Genova and Santorini are currently under construction.
Seagate is also developing the Isola Bella neighborhood at Talis Park. Its completed two-story 4,012 square feet under air Sonoma model is priced at $3.795 million with furnishings and is available for immediate purchase and move-in. Theory Design’s Vice President of Design Ruta Menaghlazi created the interior design for the Sonoma model. Seagate’s Monterey model is under construction at Isola Bella and will be completed in August of this year. The Monterey model will also feature an interior by Theory Design. Seagate is offering a full golf membership with newly constructed residences at Isola Bella for a limited time.
