MUSKEGON, MI - Burning Foot Beer Festival is gearing up to return to Pere Marquette Park this summer.
The annual celebration of beer, art and music is being held from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Aug. 28 after being canceled last year due to COVID-19.
Burning Foot organizers say the beer will be flowing with 80 different breweries sharing samples at the beach bash.
Breweries from Michigan, Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin have committed to attend, according to festival director Jimmy Hegedus.
Festivalgoers can also expect live music throughout the day from regional and local acts.
Burning Foot is also known for barefoot entry and beach camping.
Attendance will be limited to 4,000 people due to COVID-19 regulations. Tickets for the event go on sale June 12 at 10 a.m.
More information can be found at burningfoot.beer.
The beer festival is one of several events returning to Muskegon this summer.
The Lakeshore Art Festival will fill downtown Muskegon June 26-27, both Rebel Road and Bike Time motorcycle rallies are taking place in mid-July and Taste of Muskegon was pushed back to Sept. 24-25.
