Jacksonville, FL — One man is recovering from a gunshot wound to the leg after Jacksonville police said “multiple parties” exchanged bullets in the area of East 21 St. and Phoenix Avenue.
It happened around 10:30 a.m. Saturday. The victim was found a few blocks away on Bridier Street.
Police say they don’t know who was firing the weapons or why, and are working to find out if the victim was involved. No one has been arrested.
Investigators are asking anyone with information to call JSO’s non-emergency line at (904) 630-0500.
