Updated

Get ready for a chill in the air! A noticeable cold front will come this week to the Alamo City bringing more rain and below normal temperatures.

Labor Day (High 92 and Low 75) Drier air will stay in our forecast with a slight chance of a shower. There will be more sky cover on Monday, keeping our temperatures in the 90s.

Tuesday (High 93 and Low 73) Tuesday afternoon will still be warm, however the cold front moves closer to San Antonio in the evening. This will bring possible showers and thunderstorm activity ahead of cool temperatures.

Wednesday (High 71 and Low 62) The cold front will bring chilly air from the Rockies with a temperature drop to arrive in San Antonio in the late morning. The evening will feel more like fall with low temperatures in the 60s. In addition to cooler weather there will a 60 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms throughout the day. Wednesday will feel quite dreary with possible locally heavy rainfall and north winds at 15 mph.

Thursday (High 70 and Low 58) Temperatures will be 20 degrees below normal for this time of year but only a 20 percent chance of rain. Thursday is looking like a nice day to enjoy the cooler weather in San Antonio, however if you plan to be outside in the evening take a jacket. Enjoy!
